It comes carpeted with Custom color carpet.  Pictured is the Charcoal gray color but I can also ship it with the light neutral color if that is carpet color you have.  Just let me know after purchase.  If I don't hear from you I will email you to make sure of color before shipping. Box comes with a 12 inch Kicker Comp CVT Slim Line subwoofer already mounted in box and ready for hook up to your amp.  There is a quick disconnect terminal on back of the box.  The sub is a brand new 2007 Model Kicker CVT!!!   It has never been used.  Brand new right out of the box.  It will handle 400 watts RMS and 800 max.  The amp is ZX300.1 Mono block amp.  It is a single channel amp that is designed for just subs.  Works great on single 12 inch sub.  It has around 350 watts RMS and comes with High level inputs, X-over built in, and remote bass knob.  The high level input will even work on the bose systems that come in the crew cab trucks.  I can help you on hooking this amp up to the bose system if purchased. Also included in this auction is a 8 gauge wiring kit.  With this kit you will have all the wire you will need to hook the amp and sub up.  So this auction is a complete system.  It includes the enclosure and subwoofer, The amp needed to push the box and sub, and the wires needed to hook it all up.  The enclosure will be shipped inside cardboard box with sub already mounted.  I will not ship the cardboard box for sub unless you want it.  If you do there will be addition charge for shipping cardboard box for sub.  Everything in the auction is brand new never used.  Pictures of a installed box are just so you can see what looks like in truck.  It is not the box you will recieve.  Your box will be brand new never installed or used.
