THis radio is for the NON LUX trucks with Bose. If your truck has the UQ7 OR UQA option & has the Bose system then this radio is correct for your truck. You will just need to plug it in. It is ready to play. There is no code stored it this unit. The radio was completly checked out by a Delco repair center. It plugged right in & played. 30 day warranty.
