Description
You are bidding on a Midbrook 22" wide conveyor parts cleaning system with 3 stages: wash, rinse, and blow-off. Features: Stainless steel support conveyor bed to support 1”x1” galvanized flatwire belt driven by cast iron sprockets and DC drive motor. Black iron plumbing with stainless steel v-jet spray nozzles for complete spray cleaning coverage. Natural gas burner, 1 million BTU, with black iron immersion tube capable of heating both fluid tanks during operation. Clayton valve automatic water make up system in each tank. Vertical barrel mount pump for both fluid stages. Tube Axial fan blower with 15 HP motor to generate air flow for blow off stage. (2) 450 gallon insulated mild steel tanks. Heavy-gauge insulated mild steel hoods. Integrated 4” tall mild steel containment pan. A total of five (5) marine-style clean-out doors to facilitate easy maintenance. (2) Integrated chip-removal baskets. 24” diameter steam exhaust fan.
