We've built our own Ham rigs, 1000s of HF, VHF and UHF antennas, our own computers and 100s of other pieces of electronic equipment and components! Just like it was our own equipment, all the connections on our antennas are professionally soldered using only the highest quality rosin core solder. Since we started selling antennas on e-bay, we've shipped more than  5000 antennas, each one carefully hand made and tested. That practice continues today! We're not a giant company, just a couple of old folks who started making antennas in our garage 50 years ago to try and help further the Radio Hobby we've enjoyed for more than 50 years. We started selling our antennas on e-bay in April of 2006 after our fellow hams who were using our antennas suggested we offer them to everybody in the radio hobby. We volunteers here at Slinkyantennas are doing this mainly to further the radio hobby and keep it alive, not to make a lot of money for ourselves!  We have one of the best shipping records on e-bay as you can see in our feedback section even though we've never been able to get one day ahead since the day we first put our antennas on e-bay. We work all day every day making antennas and usually work every night until  the work is all done.  For productivity purposes, we do not have a telephone or computer in our shop! When we get home from making antennas each day, we download the orders that came in that day and check our e-mails. Since we are closed on Saturday and Sunday, we download orders placed over the week-end on Monday and those orders are filled in the order they came in. We are always 2 days behind on Monday, but usually get caught up by Wednesday.   Note; We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service.
