These elegant mate black finish all steel speaker stands are aprox 32" high overall and the platform itself is about 4" square with a 6.5" back support piece. The speaker attaching screws into the 1/4 inch threaded inserts in the speaker bottoms and hold them firmly in place (used if your speakers have threaded holes as ADS do). The speaker wires are easily run up through the hole in the base of the stands, through the stand and up to the speakers so no wire is visible. The base's are Iron and quite heavy. These stands put the speakers at optimun listening position for front or rear use. Very attractive and functional. .
