With its famous black dial and classic bullseye dial pointer, this Zenith Consoltone Model 5D011 (circa 1946) has been completely and professionally restored both electronically and cosmetically, so it sounds as good as it looks. All original except for a new Quam speaker and grille cloth, and a reproduction back, restoration included complete chassis re-cap, replacement of all out-of-spec resistors and vacuum tubes, new power cord, and complete IF and RF alignment. The classic red-brown bakelite case has no significant visible scratches or flaws, and has been gently buffed to its original luster. Tunes the AM band and finds lots of stations with plenty of volume and great sound. Dimensions are approximately 12/38" x 6 1/4" high x 6 1/2" deep.
