Except for the socket (uses cheaper 7 pin socket) and base connections, these are similar in operation to EL84 tubes, a pair with 250 volts on the anode (plate) gives 13 watts output.  These are really useful in do-it-yourself projects that call for EL84, you can have the equivalent of Genelex Gold Lion British made NOS tubes in your project instead of ordinary EL84's!
