It comes with the original 10.5" hubs, Operator's Manual (not a copy) and the pictured Akai Empty Take Up Reel The tape is for demo purposes and is not included...and, sorry, there's no dust cover. It was purchased new overseas in the mid-'80's, used only occasionally for about 5 years and then put into storage in 1993, where it has sat until recently. Cosmetically, it is mint. Operation-wise, it does power up, the tape tensioner motors activate, it does play back/record at both speeds and in the 7" & 10" modes, the real time digital counter works, etc. However, due to inactivity or whatever, at times, the electronics are erratic...it will engage but lags somewhat when the transport buttons are pushed and doesn't always return to the last settings when shut off/powered back up. So, as result, it is being offered AS IS/AS DESCRIBED FOR RESTORATION ONLY. SO, PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING...AND BID ACCORDINGLY. In any event, these decks are definitely worthy of the time and funds to rehab, so consider this a great opportunity to score a primo deck at a relatively economical price (I see these currently selling in the $1,000>$2,000 range.)
