This classic reproduction features a crank handle that actually turns. Touch-tone buttons with an old style rotary look. The handcrafted wood in a cherry maple finish enhanced with striking brushed bronze-plated hardware. It's a working phone, with touch-tone dial, redial, and volume control-all cleverly crafted into a phone from yesteryear! Includes a handy storage box for pens, paper, recipes, etc. Although this phone was used as a store display, it has been thoroughly tested and is in excellent working condition.  The body of the phone is in excellent condition as is the storage box.  There are some scratches on the ear piece and mouth piece, nothing so bad that it would draw anyone's attention to it.  The flash makes it appear worse then it is.  But I'd rather be honest and upfront and you be pleasantly surprised then have you horrified as some sellers do out there in eBay world.  There is also a little roughness on the back (nothing serious and it's the part that lays flush against the wall so no one would see it and it certainly wouldn't affect operation.)  I've photographed anything I felt you would want to know upfront.  See pictures below for details.  How to get UP TO 30% CASHBACK on this auction... The following link is Ebay's terms for cashback through the live.com program. http://pages.ebay.com/cashbackoffer/terms.html My Mission Statement:I promise to do my part in all that is promised within this auction.  This is what I promise & what I expect from you in return.eBay's feedback policy can have drastic results for your favorite small sellers.  Feedback should be the opinions of 2 people involved in a transaction and yet eBay has made it a bit more involved then just that.Did you know that it takes only 1 sour grape in 20 transactions to get your favorite seller suspended?  In any rolling 30 day window, if a seller's DSRs (Detailed Seller's Ratings) fall below 4.5 in ANY category, they can no longer qualify for any discounts.  Also, in any 30 days, if a seller's DSR rating falls below 4.3 in any one category, they are suspended.  4.3!Doesn't matterwhat the reason is because there is absolutely no recourse or moderation from eBay. Unless you have a horrid experience with a seller, let me suggest that you just click on the right hand stars when leaving feedback.  And I'll explain why:  The Detailed Seller's Ratings are eBay's way of getting sellers to improve their customer service and to rid itself of bad sellers.  However, because of the vague wording, it does not work!I have been selling on eBay for over 10 years and also regularly buy as well.  I have rarely received the kind of customer service that I extend to you, my valued customer. So let me lay out my responsibilities to you and what I expect from you:1.  My Description Responsibility:  this item will arrive to you as described.  If by any chance I miss something, please know it would never be intentional as it is not in my best interest to hurt a valued customer.Your responsibility:  to be objective and rate this item's description by the listing--not by how much you liked/disliked it or how big/small you thought it would be etc...(remember that I'll include any flaws that I see as well as accurate dimensions)  If you don't like an item but I shipped this item fast, then please don't give me 1* in the shipping area.  That's not at all fair. We all have a difference of opinions sometimes.  I am a very reasonable person and will be happy to work with you if you're unhappy about something. But please don't take advantage.  I believe we're all hurting now-a-days.2.  My Communication Responsibility:  I will let you know when I am shipping your item (usually next business day) as well as promptly answer any questions you may have.Your Responsibility:  to keep me informed of any potential problems with this transaction especially if I have made a mistake in some way (yes, I am human after all!)3.  My Responsibility in speedy delivery:  to get your item out my door and to the Post Office as quickly as possible (usually next business day)Your Responsibility:  to rate how quickly I shipped your item--NOT how long the Post Office takes to get it to you.4.  My Responsibility in shipping costs:  to ship your package as specified in the listing according to weight and size.Your Responsibility:  Personally, I would so much rather have you rate how fast I packaged and got your item out than how much shipping is.I use eBays shipping wizard to calculate your actual shipping charge.  I think most people are smart enough to realize that shipping is expensive especially since the price hikes.  When a buyer bids, they are agreeing to terms, including shipping.  Why complain after the fact?!That's genuinely not at all fair to your seller, I can not control the costs of shipping and should not be penalized for it.To sum it up, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."  I'm trying to do my part.  Won't you do yours?Thank you so much for your patronage and the hopes that you will provide me with 5***** ratings.Check out my other items!
