This machine was just completely rebuilt by Andy at Analog Domain. He recapped the whole machine and rebuilt all the transport motors. He also installed a device which allow you to hit rewind without stopping the tape first. I purchased heads from JRf Magnetics which have about 80 percent head life left ( I can supply a head report). The rebuild cost me $2600 the heads cost me $800. I purchased the machine for $3000 about a year ago. I am into it at $6400. My loss is your gain. I will take the first $3495. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees.
