It was purchased on 11/14/2008 & given to me on 11/15/2008.  I haven't even registered it yet.  I used it for a few days, to find out I really don't need 160gb ipod,. My nano is more than enough for me.   I didn't want to return it because they will only give me a gift card.  This ipod works fantastic! It is in great condition!  However I did not use a case, so it did get some scratches on the back, plus a little nick in the upper left corner which I didn't even notice until I was posting. (It shows wear.) I strongly suggest to everyone to invest in a case or skin there only a few dollars on ebay.    Place a Bid!
