Normally users should have an analog telephone. They have to dial access number to calling card system, when they hear IVR prompting, then enter PIN, after that, they have to enter the destination number. This process is a bother and complicated. The WT-AD takes out all those steps. The WT-AD will take the access number and PIN in memory and automatically dial before dialed number.
