The expensive and very heavy (45 lbs each) speakers I have the original box it came in (not for the speakers) and this is well insulated but I would rather have you come to my house to see it before you buy it.  I live in the San Francisco, CA Bay area.   I listed free shipping but it is free only if you come to my home; if not you will only be charged for what it cost to pack and ship to you. If you want me to ship it, I will be glad to but the stand is 28 pounds and the speakers are 90 pounds so I will charge what ever it cost to ship.
