Warranty / Returns All our iPods come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only.  This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. If your Apple iPod develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the first 7 days; we will replace or refund the purchase price of your iPod.  After 7 days, please contact Apple to rectify any faults. If you return your iPod for any other reason within 7 days from receipt, we will refund you less an administration charge of £30. This charge is there because we cannot re-sell the iPod as new.
