This unit is collector quality. I would rate it 10 out of 10.  There is not a scratch on it.  As you can see it powers up perfectly and I was able to hear signals on the receiver. I do not have a microphone so I was not able to test the transmitter. I bought this unit with a lot of other Ham Radio equipment that has all worked perfectly and been perfectly cared for.
