It has been tested, it works well and all the bulbs light up. It's in very good cosmetic condition, but it does show some minor signs of age and use. One of the 4 faceplate hex screws is missing. Regarding non-electronic or non-mechanical items, if I am contacted within 48hrs of receipt and if we both agree that I have made an error in my description or if you feel the item was misrepresented, a refund may be issued, but only upon return of said merchandise.
