Description
I just recently closed my nutraceutical manufacturing plant in Norcross, GA. This machine is only 16 Months old! The AF-40T is a very compact fully automatic capsule-filling machine that can fill a large variety of powder formulations into hard gelatin capsules. Output: 40,000 Capsules per hour for powders. Products Powders Pellets Micro Tablets Combination Filings This peice of equipment comes with a metal detector, capsule polisher, dust particle collection for inside the machine and in the surrounding room and spare parts to encapsulate both single zero and double zero size capsules. Brand new they run 170K with all of the attchments i have bought. This machine is incredible!! You put powder in the one hopper and you put capsules in the other hopper and it seperates the capsules and fills them with a variance of less than 1%! This machine is specified to cGMP quality controls! You cannot find a better peice of equipement. In fact Pfizer uses some of these same machines to make drugs as do many other nutraceutical and pharmaceutical manufacters. This machine ran only nutraceutical products and has not under gone heavy use! This item is in excellent condition.
