He wrote the following paragraph describing the unit.As far back as I can remember, I do not believe I have ever owned a transceiver as heavy as this one!  The weight (61 LBS.) speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality.   I have never enjoyed using another radio as much as I have this one.
