The MiniWind 2200 series is part of our  Rugged Downwind turbine range, and incorporates our unique RC2200-20 & RC2200-105 PM Generators. 3 Models available : the MiniWind 2200-24, designed specifically to recharge 24V Lead Acid Battery Banks with a capacity of over 400Ahr.  The MiniWind 2200-48 will charge 48V 400Ahr Battery Banks. Each low voltage turbine is fitted with a 160A 3-Phase Bridge Rectifier, giving a DC Output, for direct connection to your batteries...The MiniWind 2200-300 is fitted with a 70A 3-Phase Bridge Rectifier, giving a high voltage >300VDC output for Grid Tied Systems Supplied with our 1.8m rotors, and variable blade angles, these turbines can be adjusted by the user to suit both low and high wind speed sites. These Downwind machines are our "premium level" turbines, and are suitable for battery charging and Grid-Tie connections. The unique ability of all of our turbines to be "best matched" to each installation site gives our turbines the flexibility that our customers have requested. These rugged turbines are built to last, using high quality components, that have been chosen specifically for the task. For high wind sites, or coastal locations, these turbines will provide a long lasting, reliable power source.
