I never used this preamp. Opened it up and checked it but never used it as I changed rigs. Works PERFECT and looks the same. Includes instruction manual and power cord for 12 Volt DC. Selectable 10-15 DB  or 20-25 DB gain. Low noise .6 DB.  Works with rigs up to 100 watts out. RF switching or remote relay switching. As always with electronics, no guarantee but will NOT be DOA.
