Made in 1959, these speakers spent a great deal of their lives nestled in cabinets identical to the JBL 4530, and those cabinets were then fitted with a plywood and cloth cover that slid over the 4530s probably to make them more cosmetically acceptable for the home user. But the covers also protected these 150 4Cs from dust and other nasties. The 150 4C is perfect for anyone into vintage electronics, especially if they happen to be into Paragon or Hartsfield restoration.
