This vintage treasure is in nice condition especially when you consider the age.  It does need some cleaning as it has gathered dust over the years.  The face has a little sign of aging and 3 knob caps are missing but they do not affact the unit.  The unit has been tested for power up which it does and the lights work, though I do not have the equipment to test it futher.  All of the knobs and dial appear to work properly as well.  All of the tubes appear to be in good condition.
