This car kit includes a car cradle, where the S50 sits and all connections are made; you'll need to place the S50 in the cradle in order to receive live SIRIUS broadcasts. The kit also comes with a sirius satellite radio antenna, car power adapter, and a remote control for ease of use while driving.
