Hidden Fees such as "shipping insurance":  Who would really ship such an expensive and fragile item without insurance?  So why hide additional exorbitant fees behind the scenes?  If you get a quote for shipping, make sure it includes INSURANCE, and furthermore, ask how long it takes.  If the price drops in that 2-3-4+ weeks they want you to wait, do you get the discount on your order? And the real question is, if you do not buy their accessories, will the tv ship in a few weeks, or will it suddenly become "backordered"?? You must contact us first to allow us to fix the problem, and upon finding the system is in need of repair, we will issue you an RA number, and have the system repaired/replaced in a quick and efficient manner.
