I bought those brand new from crutchfield.com, where you can check the technical performance. Never had a problem with it. The sound is amazing, it is a very high quality system. I paid $250 for the whole system, which contains all you need to start enjoy the music. The color is dark grey. This is a home reception sattelite radio, not for the car. The box contain: XM reference tuner with built in power cord, XM high gain home antenna, XM remote control, optical cable, 3-connector RCA analog stereo audio, the owner's manual. And one more thing: you'll have to connect the system to a stereo system, or any other home stereo players you have. I'll be available for any advice regarding instalation.
