This offer includes the module, the original mounting hardware, and installation instructions.  This device has been completely tested transmit and receive.  Transmit power measures slightly over 10watts with a frequency error tolerance of less than 200hz and the receiver measures better than -130dBm noise power.  This module is in excellent condition and includes the installation instructions, heat sink pad, along with the 5 original mounting screws.
