Included are the Yaesu FP-29 power supply, the original microphone, mic clip, cords, connectors, manual, boxes and packing -- everything that came with the radio when my friend bought it new six years ago. The transceiver is perfect.  The power supply has a little wear, which should show up in the picture.  This is the 200W version of the MP Mk V, and it has all the standard bells and whistles of an FT-1000MP Mk V.  No modifications.
