With very nice cosmetics, no scratches, all letters in place, no rust, and perfect glass. This tuner has no scratches or marks on the case or the tuner to speak of, easily a 9. The MR 78 has nice functions like narrow tuning and volume control. This tuner is amazing, it pulls in far away stations and has excellent warmth.Sensitivity 2uV for 35dB of quieting.
